We got plenty of cash Rosie. They need us, we don’t need them. They need to convince Spartan shareholders, especially the recalcitrant 25% from the AGM, that we are better off sharing our upside with them in return for some of the benefits Joelstar has pointed out - benefits of scale, infrastructure sharing, skill sharing. Ideally, they take us out, but they screwed that up - now want a merger.
Just some opinions, could well be off the mark. Can’t wait to see how this circus plays out at record gold prices.
