This will turn out to be a win, win, situation for all concerned. I can understand how SPR holders are disappointed by the size of the premium and I can also understand why RMS holders feel unhappy about the level of dilution. As Rick Rule so aptly put it " I get really excited when both sets of shareholders hate the deal".
