No matter how motivated he sold some holding but he chose to sell at a sensitive period that should be an irresponsible fool/stupid behavior.
Because many important developing steps from this February will be declared, the market is keeping as close watch as the companys promises, At this timetable he should buy more stocks to stimulate confidence in the market rather than sell such a large share holdings.
If he had enough smart to deferred to till to the company has be into full production and have identified the substantive results then sell that would surely gain more greater benefits.
