In my opinion Sunshine needs to be looking to production of some sort or the dilution is going to be terrible for shareholders. I am pretty sure that is what they are planning with the oxide strategy. Great time to do it with the Gold price going gangbusters.
Getting the Thalanga mill back off the Govt is also something they should be really trying hard to do. It could be a big win for the Govt. and the company.
There is no way Damien could do all of this by himself.
