As PVL is now a substantial holder, any changes to ownership needs to be released. I'm not sure of the timeframe, ASX rules just seem to state "immediately", but as this likely comes through the registry I'm guessing there would be lag. Changes in directors interest is within business days, so I guess at something like this for a substantial holder as well.
