If I were a PVL investor then I would be raising an eyebrow if they increased their investment without communicating a formidable go forward strategy. Especially as the voting FOR sentiment is questionable to majority of existing PER shareholders (at least on this forum). 'Raiding the cash' strategy only works if PVL get voted in - if they do not then they have essentially invested their clients' / shareholders' money into a very high risk "lotto fund" (as one guy at last AGM delicately put it!). Bioscience investments require a very different level of patience and evaluation vs financial ones!
