I agree entirely. I will be selling because I assume there will be an appeal by the Beng if the DMR ignores the Concourt's ruling. I bought NKP to invest in a mine, not in litigation. It will be interesting to see how many shareholders will do the same.

IMO, the BFS (or BFSs) will not halt the price collapse either.

Ralph's miracle would have to be a JV (or finding Shaka Zulu's long-lost cache of platinum bullion.) The "going it alone option" will not be seen as positive for the share-price, although it has always been my personal preference. If the price drops sufficiently a 1:1 cap raising might start to look attractive. But regardless, this management/ controlling-shareholder team could not pull it off, IMO.

That's called "gambling" by most and "speculation" by those you do it. When you are talking about small amounts to invest it's easy it be drawn into this mindset. No problem there, but see it for what it is. When I gamble I'd rather do it at a casino or race track, where my gains won't be taxed at all, let alone at the highest marginal rate.
