    Go back and re-read the concort ruling. The prospecting rights were set aside due to "apparently" inadequate consultation with the communities. If the DMR awards the rights to Genorah, then who are the applicants going to appeal to. It already has been to the highest court. I don't understand this ongoing litigation battle you are presuming will continue. IT IS NOT good for SA for this to continue.

    But that is OK if you want out, that is fine. Others will definitely step up to take your shares.
