Seems like KRM passed on/ wernt aware of the 1750sqkm package that LEL picked up around the Mt Morgan mine in QLD. This would have fit right KRMs criteria. One of Australia's best historic gold mines (7.7moz!), with no other mines found in the vicinity in the past 150 years. Hardly any modern exploration done in the past 25 years as the tenements passed through cash strapped juniors. Even BHP had a look with a farm in agreement with LOD (look up the details of LOD ipo from 2003 in the asx historic announcements). What is needed is good management and lots of cash to fund the district scale exploration (LEL has the latter but not the former).
If it were in Scandinavia they would have been all over it but I get the feeling Australia isn't on their radar.
