a kyoto question for rampers.
If this company will be able to sell carbon credits by 2008 and with the window of opportunity being the Kyoto agreement expiring in 2012 can anyone say with conviction that Kyoto countries will allow 'dirty' countries to permit their clean companies to sell carbon credits into agreement countries where the idea is to reduce carbon and encourage alternatives in those home countries.
Sounds mad to me. Puff out smoke but the little wind factory down the road can sell its credits?
Has this been answered? I might write to Kyoto and complain if it's true.
