Finalising the Grapple deal has clearly flicked my sentiment over to positive.
What I find baffling is when members of The Negative Nancy's can even say something positive when positive moves are successfully carried out.
Got to love that extra 2.8m in the kitty right now. That's not negative, that's a positive in my book. Especially love the fact that we weren't diluted to buggery. Further love that each quarter there will be another 225k with a final balloon payment of 750k.
They now just have to demonstrate to everyone that they are having success with Swiftstatement and we're on baby.
PS: looking forwards to the guidance around when they will be able to flick on the payment functionality with Swiftstatement. That's the real kicker. I'm guessing Airplus features and points for paying with the virtual card. That payment flow is juicy indeed. At max it's 4.5b however let's assume 2.25 to match their target with Swiftstatement rollout in 6 months from now. Juicy indeed.
PPS: the juiciest is the B2C flows but lets just give them time to get the B2B done first IMO.
