I can certainly see the logic of your figures, but doesn't take into account that rather influential factor in the market equation - sentiment! ;)

As a chartie, not a funnymentalist, I am only following the market sentiment y following the chart. I have absolutely no knowledge OR interest in the fundamentals, whether the market cap is too big, or the reserves too small, etc. If the price keeps going up, I ride it. If the price starts to level off or come down, I sell. It's that simple.

Hell, as a chartie, I even have some stocks where I have absolutely no idea what the three-letter code even stands for, let alone what they actually DO! :) Or is that blasphemy? Heheh - it works for me :)
