Sell your seed oil companies shares!
It is strongly emerging that the use, or non-use, of seed oils is largely behind us being obese and diabetic as a society compared to the 1970s pictures.
So far most of the public and health professionals are not aware of this with sugar copping most of the blame. Sugar and processed foods play a role too but are not the major players.
