It seems that way - wds just unable to muster the gamble - they strung us along long enough! As long as Pancon can secure commitment in say the next 6 weeks, for a drill; under similar conditions - then it should be fine. I'm surprised there has not been a hostile T/O attempt on pancon, little price to pay, for assymetric reward...particularly now. The old boys better really start using their network they've built after decades in the region.
