I like how everyone seems to have forgotten that in 2008 the insurance council of australia a tried to have the definition of flood damage standardised throughout the industry so companies were comparing apples to apples when competeing.
Good old Mr Samuels knocked that on the head to provide consumer with more options and more competetive prices!
