Very good news, A quick peruse of broker analysis will probably reveal most forward valuation models assuming MTX revenue growth overtaking BTM revenues within maybe half a decade, with SynTrel/Trix kicking in prior too.
Governance is clearly poor, but on a pure valuation basis, assuming things calm down and internal executive/board indiscretions resolved, the business and commercial future in terms of revenues and profit generation look intact. Suspect it will return to positive cash flows in the next period and despite Williams having apparently not learng (helmet prank) from this expensive lesson (look at your asset valuation change you and check your ego you moron) if it gets back to business expansion as normal, then growing cash flows and revenues will dictate the share price more.
I've enjoyed two nice profitable short-term buy, hold and sell round trips in PNV in the last three years. I'd rather assumed (only ever buying under-valued stocks) I'd never get another opportunity at buying <$1.50 again. The whole boardroom stash is regretful, but a buying opportunity IMO.
