I'm all for feedback and actually prefer criticism over praise if there's something valuable to learn from it. However, so far, you're being overly critical without providing any substance to back up your claims.While you may believe that 10% is unrealistic, you haven't supported your statement with any evidence- just empty rhetoric. I encourage you to articulate why you think achieving 10% isn't feasible. That way, we can all learn something, and you may come across as more intelligent in the process.
