I don't understand something about the quarterly.
In the quarter TZ did a placement for $2.8m and an underwritten rights issues for $9.8m. Total - $12.6m
Yet in the quarterly, the amount raised was $11.7m
But the most recent rights issue announcement state that the entire 28m rights would be alloted in Dec.
Were Patersons let of the hook for about $900k shares? If so, shouldn't there be an announcement for this?
Maybe I'm missing something.
