It doesnt happen until MC votes Yes.
If FEX are serious they will keep voting open for 48hrs after MC says YES. Then they will get 90%+
If he votes NO then it doesnt happen and we move on, probably upped bid or a CR to start mining ourselves.
I still want to see an update from CZR on FIRB. Has approval process ceased or continues? Has Miracle withdrawn offer? Few questions still outstanding
