What's everyone's take on todays asx announcement?
So you have the CEO reminding shareholders of the urgency to accept FEX but the biggest shareholder holding out (he could have moved his shares yesterday).
My thoughts: the CEO is conflicted and aligned to FEX (not putting shareholders interest first) whilst the majority shareholder hasn't moved or is seeking better deal.
I phoned and spoke to Stefan today and asked him outright; has CZR received other offers and he said FEX has been the only proposal; and I asked; have we had other approaches and said nothing formal; I said, why don't you advise the market and perhaps we could squeeze a better deal from FEX; he said no.
The CEO has advised he will be working for FEX; Does anyone else think he does not have our best interests at heart?
I reckon Mark Creasy is P!ssed Off and that is why he hasn't folded his cards yet.
