taking up the offer??, page-11

Hi All,
just wondering, why would someone take up the offer if they can buy the shares at the same price in the market? is it for the free options that may expire worthless anyway ? or is it so one can save on the brokerage (which i doubt is the case) So people , why should i take up this offer .... and if i dont ... and if this is the general
scentiment across the holders .. then this whole CR drill (pardon the pun)would be a waste then,wouldnt it ? And if this happenes then does GGE have enough funds for further exploration ?? would we have money for further exloration ? If yes .... then they would not have done a CR ?! but if no.... there where does this take/ leave us ?
