MC does not need to proceed. He has indicated only, did he sign a contract, receive a down payment? No.
Can you point to where we were advised that FIRB and Miracle offer was withdrawn? I remember seeing one that stated the offer exclusivity was expired by mutual agreement. Not withdrawn.
MC has the play and nothing happens until he says Yes, or No
