This is still so wild to me. There are numerous ways to prevent or treat the cardiotoxic effects of one of the most prolific chemotherapy drugs around.. and no one does it..
It seems irresponsible to me. Is there not a duty of care?
I hope you are right, that a compound like Bis that has multiple draws can in fact gain that traction that has so far been missing.. despite the supposed growing concern for QOL after chemo.
