you can't speculate this to exit your holding because HMC is largest shareholder of HCW and there is direct impact on HCW and HMC if HMC had bought any debt so they should be doing market announcement and not doing will be breach of directors duty to keep shareholder informed of sensitive news and deals in my opinion.
there is no announcement from HMC or HCW in this regard.
