It sounds like thesharetrade has a smart way of making investment decisions, being guided by Technical Analyst thus elemenating emotions which often have investors not entering/exiting at optimine times.
Like pcockley, I'm not a chartist either, but agree if the charts show BLY still has upside this is further positive confirmation to add to the fundamental information we currently have.
