I am thinking the white rock is phyllic altered as we see in this area in structures. Beneath it or in the footwall we have this black, powdery looking mineral that I am guessing is chalcocite. Would fit perfectly as chalcocite forms in the transition oxidation depths. The structure has provided the oxidation state at this depth. Seen it many times before but not over this lengthy interval. All IMO. DYOR.
