Ok then I must be stupid because I'm just not following here. Given its an on market buy back then they buy what ever and who ever is currently offering shares for sale. They cant pick and choose who that is and frankly don't even know who that is.
Dont stress about it, either that or just offer up your shares for sale after the 1st of next month. and if the share price goes down then you can buy them back a cheaper price.
