This is from the 27 February announcement. I don't recall staggered approach being mentioned at AGM. AT that time Scott appeared quite confident that trial locations would sign on quickly.

I suspect there has been a hiccup. Perhaps the CT and MRI suppliers are making life difficult
Sign up is presumably a prerequisite to the commencement so I am expecting the initial site(S) will be announce this month and expect them to be the Australian sites.
