He needed the cash for his divorce. Another bad decision by David, although he did offload at $16 a few years back which was the top of the market for DDR, and it's been all downhill since. Market is holding out for the PC refresh cycle but I would be surprised if that adds too much to growth.
Let's hope the worst is behind us - certainly not flavour of the month an50% free float could be interesting now bringing some new fund managers onto the register.
