re: Ann: Proposed grant of Securities to Empl... I think you will find that it is basically a re negotiation. 1m now instead of a 2m claim in the future.
Mark is great at managing negotiations and minimum dilution for shareholders.
You will note that he hasn't sought any benefit for himself at this stage although in fairness when/if the company become successful I am sure the directors will seek some sort of recompense and deservedly so imo.
Thye will have my full support and I think the hurdle rates are fair. Interesting to note the words 'take over' included.
Pan African was Alistairs company and is the major reason we have been successful in aquiring our Tanzanian assets.
