They won't imho, not because they are silly but because the big funds need to have a high degree of certainty before taking big positions as that's the only way they can justify their actions. They can't (and won't) act on hope. I know Aviva did but they did it because the charts were clear that the sp was heading upwards in the very short term so, for them, it was a no brainer. That's why they sold when they did. It went according to plan.
