I think our problem is in the lack of official/company indication of future earnings. Even the most conservative earnings estimate, done by the top posters on HC, based on successful completion of specific milestones could still be considered speculation. Also unfortunately not all potential investors read HC and would not be capable of gathering all this info to make the necessary estimate.
Although RB Milestone provided a reasonable estimate, this has not been confirmed or denied by the company. The report did not put any value on additional projects such as silica and other metals. We have been talking about silica offtake agreement with several potential customers for over 12 months with no indication of scale and potential earnings even within broad range of possible outcomes. To be honest, investors have no idea and are kept in the dark. Even the most recent announcement about drilling does not indicate what is the objective, and how far are we from any production. Perhaps these things are obvious to the directors but I doubt that the same level of understanding applies to most investors.
ALNAK and NPL global expansion plans are phenomenal but lack details. Some investors could think they believe it when they see it.
Our aspiration to be in the ASX 300 within a year could also be dismissed as directors dazed by their new technology, without outlining a plan with milestones, it may be looked at as wishful thinking by some potential investors.
I guess that large investment fund managers would seek the answers directly from the company, however, as far as we know it, there is no interest from those funds yet. The stock price is likely to be different when they come.
Being a substantial shareholder and very optimistic about MHMs future, I can understand why there is little interest in the market for our stock. The information and presentations by the company need to address the above questions from the investors point of view and at a level of technical comprehension of majority of investors.
