Well, the guy earns several millions ($25m odd) in just dividends, so I don't see a glaring need to sell down shares to this extent, especially when it has about halved from its highs (he did sell some near the highs too).
It's not enough to pull up stumps on the investment, but like I said, it is a negative and doesn't inspire confidence. The market agrees given the shares have marked time over this period too, within a broad range which it is now close to the bottom of.
