Ok, you don;t agree ... thats your opinion. But we want to put a well constructed argument supported by well organised and available evidence etc, in front of an appropriate law firm, and see if it has legs! Thats all.
No-one is expecting a huge pot of gold, it'smainly about getting some satisfaction!
And if theres sometihing left over from a settlement, then it's better than nothing at all.
Only they can tell us!
