I’m not sure if others have made this point, so if you have then I apologise. The company needs to be in USA because many/most clients are US domiciled.
Also the spectre is hanging over us that Trump may look unfavourably on an Australian domiciled company selling to the US, especially as we may potentially also sell to China. And if the US Government Defence behemoth sees this then it would be much more difficult for us to be favoured.
