My own personal view is Morgan are useless. We are talking about an entity that only exists because it was bailed out of its financial crisis back in 2008 by the US government (read US taxpayers).

the Chinese built a rail line to Lobito that they surely have access to. Friedland uses it for $IVN. By extension since Zijin is hands on with Kamoa Kakula, Zijin has a rail line.

unless there is a quirky detail that China renounced the rail and its new operator doesn’t allow Chinese to use a Chinese funded rail. A job the British couldn’t finish when they were colonial masters

Rather the US media are doing a good job of ignoring China’s rail corridor as if it doesn’t exist.
