ezlife,
the dispute value in court has been estimated at over $9 billion. However, one must always assume that in the rarest cases, the full amount is awarded. Typically, awarded compensation ranges between 40–60% of the dispute value. If we take that as a negotiation benchmark for a buyout, we end up in a range of $1.1 to $1.6 per share.
I think most LTHs would be satisfied with anything over $1. Of course, those with an average buy price of $0.4–0.6 AUD would love to see $2 or more, but corrupt Felix has ruined that for us. Personally, I would have preferred if Nigel had gotten the mine into production, and we could have been collecting $0.10–$0.20 in dividends every year.
For now, I just hope that Nigel reaches a fair agreement with KoBold, Bezos, and Gates for a price above $1.

Would happily accept shares in Kobold Metals at $1 to $1.50 US.
