Either Chris is over inflating the greenfield capex to make renard sound like a better idea or PMT is under quoting the capex for a project that has to include dams to contain their lakes.
So far i think Chris is telling furfies as we never actually completed the greenfield studies and went straight for the renard option. Im sure renard still the cheaper option but just not as much as Chris makes it out to be….especially now knowing his tendencies to mislead.
