Just one point Sean Hehir was appointed CEO of Brainchip on 15.11.21 to commence his employment as and from 29.11.21.
The month of December, 2021 was taken up with the retiring CEO Peter van der Made handing over to Sean Hehir so that he was fully engaged running Brainchip as its sole CEO from 1 January, 2022.
Thus up to the present he has been in the role of CEO at Brainchip for 3 years 4 months not over 4 years as you state regularly.
As has been stated at some point early in 2022 the Board adopted a five year plan for commercialisation presented by Sean Hehir as the new CEO.
Thus Sean Hehir is three years into a five year plan or in percentage terms 60% of the way along his planned pathway to commercial success for Brainchip.
The idea that he has failed in achieving what he set out to achieve under that plan is very difficult if not impossible for other than the Board to judge given as they are the only ones according to the Chair to lift the bonnet and look under the hood.
All I know from what the Board stated at last years AGM is that they too are surprised and disappointed about how long the sales cycle is taking to play out but that they were entirely satisfied with the effort and achievements of the CEO up to that point.
