Not suggesting EXIM is part of the Funding for Syrah ( altho in the background somewhere might be the Vanadium future use //longer term !!!) ..but , if Trump and Musk want USA to be independent of China , then support for Balama and Vidalia to succeed are fairly much essential . I would be hopeful that Musk in particular ...champions any short term pain for Tesla in engaging with SYR/ Vidalia ( ie lack of sufficient spherical graphite supply , until the Plant Extension is built ) , to front run the MADE IN AMERICA theme .
