that is very good news!AVZ now has a robust negotiating position, also thanks to the contract with CATL.

We have a strong legal position with ICC/ICISD - it takes time, but can be valued at a lot of money, among other things.
With CATL, we have a financially strong partner with whom we can build the mine and fulfill the DRC's dreams of producing batteries in their own country.
With Kobold now the first bidder, and strong interest from the Americans in the world's largest lithium deposit!
This starting position is not so bad - thanks to Nigel and team!!!
A price below 2$ US is therefore not enough - we have waited a long time and still have time...
None of the other negotiating partners (DRC, etc.) can afford a further standstill of this project...
