They did a share consolidation which never seem to work and they became VRL. Now they are finally doing something about Monument Gold after years of nothing. Unfortunately their share consolidation and name change failed and they are doing a capital raise (at 1.2c) at nearly half the price of the share price they ran the consolidation at - 2c from memory. Bloody poor management! But I continue holding in the hope that this booming gold environment and their large resource will finally force a poor management to do something positive!
