Glass went from 35k to 96k...stairs quoted at $140k (I shit you not ---circa $6k per tred)...cheaper to put in an elevator & cover regular maintenance ..steel increase was eye watering....

Didn't proceed.....When do you think it will come back to original price??.. Answer - Never
