Nothing is guaranteed, trying to get rich fast can do the opposite
with going poor even quicker.
I prefer to build wealth as i have on a few stocks.
Being greedy almost more than half the time can lead to failure AIMO.
ORD has great ground, but i wouldn't put the house on it.
