When 850 million shares trade at 0.7 cents , there will still be plenty happy to flip out 1.1-1.8 , so I agree another 110 million shares would NOT be hard to get on at an "average" of 1.4 cents. And above 1.4 cents the vote would start to move away from Garner as his supporters also flip out. Not sure PVL is set up to take that much risk, but then seems PVL is evolving and its deep pocked ex Macquaries bank founders can find the cash & risk if needed. Really to be safe Garner needs to get the share price higher on its own accord, surely he can find a small hedge fund happy to back him and his new vision pre asset being backed in and with PER still below cash backing ?
