Although outstanding shorts have gradually reduced during March to 5,208,151 or 2.51% of shares on issue, I just noticed that on 21 March there was a total of 353,036 Gross Short Sales when the usual is around 20 to 50k per day. Somebody must be convinced that shorting WBT is a good thing. Certainly it is the last thing I would do.
If they have followed up with more today it might explain the drop in SP.
