not to go off topic, the only reason I like to follow a few of these biotechs without investing in them is looking at their study designs. You can pretty much call it in a way if you see anything suss in them. With OPT the phase 2 results were interesting if I can use that word….. ‘I was very happy with the way our study was structured…. on the topic of ATH, the last time I spoke with stamler, I vaguely recall he mentioned setting up a phase 3 prior to going to the FDA as one of the many ways to go to them. Personally, and I may be wrong and way off the mark is that he might set up a phase 3 study and perhaps commence it before going to them. Perhaps this strengthens our case if any BP are targeting us if everything is setup for them to take over and maybe that’s why the 40 million raise?
end of the day no one has a crystal ball. Patience is a virtue and it will reap us big rewards .
