Thanks LKI, does that imply, if wilful SP suppressing trading pattern is observed, then the directors have the right to challenge such trades.
Further, if the directors are not actioning it, will they be considered as silent party to the act and or not performing their obligation? This will be a very interesting point when combined with its legal applicability. As a minimum, it could scare a few away.
Another point is someone selling single digit shares, what is the intent in someone permitted to sell or buy a single share.
Again, some are allowed to transaction like say 0.0655 while we are limited to 0.065 or 0.066 only, I think it is unfair to have different standards for different SH. Plus we wont be able to even see if anyone is in the queue with 0.0655 in the same example. All these gives additional tools for manipulating SP. Just my thoughts. MMA SH may have taken successful actions for similar concerns.
