I agree that they should be more forthcoming with information. They seem to be engaging in a paranoid level of secrecy which really is unnecessary. This is why I take some comfort from this announcement that progress has been achieved, because they are compelled to provide this information to obtain the payment.

Given that they suddenly announced the completion of the testing program a month or so early last year. I would not be surprised if they were to similarly announce the completion of the MK II reactor and commissioning in the same way. I remember in one of the presentations it was mentioned in passing that they had tested the MKII reactor heating elements in Hazer graphite several months prior, which would placed this activity prior to the end of the MKI testing program I think. Another example of progress which they don't tell us about.
