On average the directors own 6.4m shares, although in reality this average is boosted by Mr Hoy's 11m. MMs holding is less than 3.8m shares with a total market value of $11,362.
If all directors participate in full that would be $57k. In the time that passes between the CR being announced and the time that the shares are allocated I calculate that they would have cost shareholders most than that in fees, salaries and entitlements. On balance I suspect that they are taking more out then they are putting in.
